Return and Exchange

Dagu May delivers our products and services with good quality and intension. If you like to return or exchange your purchased items, please see below conditions.

Our Return and Refund policy are:

Full-price items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if it's unworn and tag is still in place.
If same or similar items are not available for exchanged, a refund can be made.
Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our items are handmade and the provided care instructions must be followed. If the purchased items are washed or steamed than return/exchange cannot be made.
If a purchased item is damaged or wrong product, an exchange can be made with same/similar items or if similar items are not available, refund can be made.
If items are purchased online, return postage must be provided with your own cost.
The refund may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
We strive to provide good quality clothing however there may be some cotton thread neps, knots, splicing in our garment. We are happy to exchange or refund your money if that is the case.
